Korean Toners & Toner Pads

Korean toners serve to balance the skin's pH level after cleansing and prepare it to absorb subsequent skincare products. Often watery and lightweight, Korean toners contain hydrating, soothing, and sometimes exfoliating ingredients. Applied by pouring a small amount onto a cotton pad and gently swiping it across the face or by patting it directly onto the skin using the hands.
