Wet the hair and scalp with lukewarm water, and apply shampoo into the palm of your hands. Create a lather throughout your scalp and use the tips of your fingers to slowly massage the scalp. Leave for at least 3 minutes so that the foam seeps into the scalp. Wash off with lukewarm water.
