The Makgeolli mask purifies the skin and makes uneven skin tone radiant and glowing. It hydrates the skin and makes it look supple and nourished.
Makgeolli is a slightly sweet alcoholic beverage native to Korea. It is made from rice or wheat mixed with nuruk, a Korean fermentation starter. It has a milky, off-white colour and has about 6–8% alcohol by volume. Makgeolli contains many probiotics which makes it excellent for healthy skin and digestion.
After cleansing, tone the skin with toner. Place the mask onto your face and fit around the eyes and nose. Leave it for 10 to 20 minutes and remove it. Pat leftover essence lightly to be fully absorbed.
